Aceasta Politica de Confidentialitate explica modul in care colectam, utilizam, dezvaluim si protejam informatiile dvs. atunci cand utilizati platforma noastra de mentorat.

Aceasta politica respecta Regulamentul General privind Protectia Datelor (GDPR) si alte legi aplicabile privind protectia datelor.

Colectam informatii pe care le furnizati voluntar atunci cand:

  • Va inregistrati: Nume, email, telefon, locatie, grupa de varsta, detalii profesionale
  • Creati profil: Biografie, expertiza, experienta, certificari, fotografie de profil
  • Utilizati serviciile: Mesaje, continut sesiuni, feedback, obiective, note de progres
  • Efectuati plati: Informatii de facturare (procesate de Stripe, nu sunt stocate de noi)
  • Ne contactati: Solicitari de asistenta, feedback, comunicari

3.2 Informatii Colectate Automat

Cand utilizati platforma noastra, colectam automat:

  • Date de utilizare: Pagini vizitate, functionalitati utilizate, timp petrecut, modele de click
  • Informatii despre dispozitiv: Adresa IP, tip browser, sistem de operare, identificatori dispozitiv
  • Cookie-uri: Consultati Politica Cookie pentru detalii
  • Date de locatie: Locatie generala bazata pe adresa IP

3.3 Informatii de la Terti

Putem primi informatii de la:

  • Autentificare sociala: Date de profil de la Google, LinkedIn cand utilizati autentificarea sociala
  • Integrare calendar: Evenimente si disponibilitate Google Calendar (cu permisiunea dvs.)
  • Procesor de plati: Confirmari de tranzactii de la Stripe

3.4 Inregistrari Sesiuni Video

Cu consimtamantul dvs., inregistram sesiunile de mentorat prin BigBlueButton pentru:

  • Asigurarea calitatii si rezolvarea disputelor
  • Generarea de rezumate cu ajutorul AI
  • Referinta viitoare pentru participanti

Inregistrarile sunt stocate in siguranta si accesibile doar participantilor la sesiune si personalului autorizat al platformei.

4. Cum Utilizam Informatiile Dvs.

4.1 Furnizarea Serviciului

Utilizam datele dvs. pentru a:

  • Crea si gestiona contul dvs.
  • Potrivi mentori si mentorati
  • Facilita programarea sesiunilor si videoconferintele
  • Procesa plati si emite facturi
  • Genera rezumate ale sesiunilor cu ajutorul AI
  • Oferi asistenta clientilor

4.2 Comunicare

Utilizam email-ul si telefonul dvs. pentru a trimite:

  • Notificari de cont si alerte de securitate
  • Mementouri si confirmari de sesiuni
  • Rezumate de intalniri generate de AI
  • Actualizari ale platformei si functionalitati noi
  • Comunicari de marketing (cu consimtamant, dezabonare disponibila)

4.3 Imbunatatire si Analiza

Analizam datele de utilizare pentru a:

  • Imbunatati functionalitatea platformei si experienta utilizatorului
  • Dezvolta functionalitati noi
  • Monitoriza performanta si securitatea platformei
  • Efectua cercetari si analize

4.4 Procesare AI

Utilizam serviciile OpenAI pentru a:

  • Transcrie inregistrarile sesiunilor (Whisper API)
  • Genera rezumate ale intalnirilor (GPT-4)
  • Extrage elemente de actiune si sarcini
  • Oferi recomandari de potrivire mentor-mentorat

Transcrierile sesiunilor sunt procesate de OpenAI, dar nu sunt utilizate pentru antrenarea modelelor lor. Consultati politica de utilizare a datelor OpenAI pentru detalii.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data based on:

  • Contract Performance: Providing services you've requested
  • Consent: Email marketing, session recording, AI processing
  • Legitimate Interests: Platform improvement, fraud prevention, analytics

  • BigBlueButton: Video conferencing infrastructure
  • OpenAI: AI transcription and summarization
  • Google: Calendar integration, authentication (when you enable)

  • Cloud Hosting: Data storage and platform hosting

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information to:
